Adding a Walk-In Client to Your Service
When managing your restaurant or venue, it’s important to easily accommodate walk-in guests. The ability to add a walk-in reservation allows you to efficiently handle guests who arrive without a prior booking. However, this action can only be performed once your service has started. The following steps will guide you through the process of adding walk-in reservations to your system.
Note: If you are not in real-time, this action will not be possible. You will only be able to add regular reservations.
To add a new walk-in:
- On your floor plan, do a right-click on the table on which you want to seat the clients
