As a restaurant, flexibility is key. If you need to exceptionally open or close your service for a specific day—for a holiday, a private event, or an unexpected closure—you can do so quickly and easily from your dashboard without modifying your established recurring reservation schedules.
This guide will walk you through accessing the correct view and making these crucial daily adjustments.
Accessing the Reservation List View
To manage your daily openings and closings, you must be in the Reservation List view, which displays all time slots for a specific date and service.
- Switch to the List View: Click the Reservation List button located at the bottom center of the screen to switch to the time-slot list view.

Closing Online Reservations
If your online reservations are currently open, you can use the toggles in the Reservation List view to close availability.
1. Close a Specific Time Slot
If you only need to block a single hour (e.g., 9:00 AM) while keeping the rest of the day open:
- Ensure the desired service (e.g., Breakfast) is selected at the top of the screen.
- Click the individual toggle next to the specific time (e.g., 9:00 AM) you wish to close.
- This action blocks online reservations only for that specific time.

2. Close an Entire Service or the Full Day
This method uses the "All" toggle to close multiple time slots at once.
- Set Your Scope: Before toggling, use the service filters at the top of the screen to define what you want to close:
- Close a Service (e.g., Lunch): Ensure only the service you wish to close is selected.
- Tip: Close the Entire Day: To close the full day across all services, unselect all service filters (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) to view the consolidated list of all time slots.
- Locate the "All" toggle at the top right of the time slot list.
- Click the "All" toggle to the off (red or gray) position.
- This instantly closes all online reservation slots for the selected service or the entire date.
Important Note : Always use the "All" toggle when closing an entire service or day. This prevents slots from potentially reopening due to subsequent cancellations or modifications to existing reservations, ensuring a complete and secure closure.

Opening a Closed Day Exceptionally
If your reservation schedule is set to be closed on a specific date (for example, if a Tuesday is always set to be closed in your weekly schedule), you can exceptionally open it for one day.
- Navigate to the closed date and service in the Reservation List view.
- You will see a message indicating the day is closed, or all toggles are off.
- Click the "Open Day Exceptionally" button (this button replaces the "All" toggle when a service is closed).
- The time slots for the day will then open, and online reservations will immediately become available.

Best Practices
- Double-Check the Date: Always confirm the date displayed at the top of the screen is the correct one before making any changes.
- Use the Full List View: When closing the entire day, unselect all service filters to ensure the "All" toggle applies to the maximum number of time slots for that day.
