Our updated Concierge & Hotel feature allows you to seamlessly track which partners are sending guests your way, helping you build stronger professional relationships and reward top referrers.
By associating specific reservations with hotels and individual concierges, you gain clear visibility into your referral network—all directly within your reservation window.

How to Manage Your Hotel Referrer List
You can quickly add or select referral partners directly while creating or editing a reservation.
In the reservation window, navigate to the bottom left section labeled Concierge.
If you haven't added any partners yet, click on the + Add concierge button located in the concierge field.
A new window titled "Add concierge" will appear. You must fill in the following information:
Establishment Name: Enter the name of the hotel or business (required).
Concierge Name: Enter the first name (required) and last name of your contact.
Contact Info: You can include their phone number and email for direct communication.
Note: Add specific preferences or internal reminders, such as "Send glasses of champagne".
Click the Save button at the top right of the window. The concierge is now linked to that establishment and will be automatically associated with the reservation.
Add, View or Edit Partner Details
Once you have established a list, you can manage and expand your partners directly from the reservation view:
Add New Establishments: Click the Establishment dropdown and select + Add hotel to create a new partner entry.
Add New Concierges: Under the Concierge dropdown, select + Add staff to associate a new individual with the currently selected establishment.
Once a partner is saved, their information is easily accessible within the reservation details:
Instant Notes: To see specific instructions for a partner, hover over the info "i" icon next to the Concierge's name. A tooltip will appear displaying your saved note.
Quick Updates: Click the pencil icon next to the name to edit contact information or notes on the fly.
Removing a Partner: If a partner was selected by mistake, click the "X" icon to clear the field for that specific reservation.
