Advanced Waitlist with Google Integration
The advanced waitlist allows you to manage walk-ins effectively. Guests can view estimated wait times directly from their mobile device, and receive an alert via SMS when their table is ready.
With the Google Waitlist Integration, guests can add themselves to your digital waitlist prior to arrival by using the “Join Waitlist” button on your restaurant’s Google Business page.
Guests can track their wait time for a table in real-time.

Marketing Campaigns
The new Marketing Campaigns feature allows you to send automated mass emails to guests directly from your Libro dashboard, eliminating the need for a third-party integration. You can easily create and send marketing and promotional content that is fully branded and customizable.

Survey & Reviews
The survey and reviews section of your Back Office has been improved, making it easier to view and reply to guest reviews. A new settings function enables you to send a customized survey by:
- Choosing up to three (3) preset questions
- Adding up to two (2) personalized questions
- Sending multiple reminders
- Integrating with Google Reviews

New Staff Codes Authorizations
Timed unlock authorization codes
We have added a new authorization option to the Staff Codes. When your codes are activated, you can now select a time frame to determine the amount of time your codes will be unlocked after entering your code once. Once you have entered the required code, the system will no longer request a code for the amount of time specified, allowing you to do manipulations in your system more efficiently.
Changing table assignment
When enabled, this new authorization will request a code when an employee tries to move a reservation to another table.

Update to SMS Chat
When adding a personalized SMS in the Back Office, please note the following: if the message is over 140 characters, the system will send a link to a web portal in the SMS. Your guests will have to open this link to view the full SMS message.

- Fixed: In certain instances, an error message occurred when adding a reservation with the staff codes activated.
