One-Off Schedule Adjustments: Modify your opening hours for a single day—perfect for brunch events, holiday hours, or special mid-day closures.

Campaign Overlap Delay: Prevent Over-Communication
Maintain a positive relationship with your guests by ensuring they aren't overwhelmed with marketing messages. The new Campaign Overlap Delay allows you to set "blackout periods" across your account.
Prevent Audience Fatigue: Set a mandatory delay (e.g., 7 days) between marketing communications so guests don't receive multiple messages in a short window.
Channel-Specific Timers: Choose to set the same delay for both Email and SMS, or customize them independently to fit your strategy.
Enterprise-Wide Consistency: If you manage multiple locations, this rule applies across your entire account, preventing a guest from receiving overlapping messages from different branches.

Enhanced Reservation Reminders: Smarter Confirmations
Reduce no-shows and keep your guests informed with more robust reminder settings. You can now fine-tune exactly when and how guests are reminded of their upcoming visits.
Customized Timing: Set specific lead times for reminders (e.g., 24 hours or 2 hours before a reservation) to ensure your "Confirm" or "Cancel" buttons are used when they matter most.
Additional Reminders: Users on our Signature Plan can now set up multiple reminders for the same reservation. For example, send a reservation reminder 1 day in advance and a final reminder 2 hours before the reservation to keep no-shows to an absolute minimum.
