New Features
This update introduces a refreshed interface for User Accounts and a more flexible way to manage Notification Preferences. These changes make it easier to ensure the right team members receive the right alerts at the right time.
Upgraded User Accounts Interface
We’ve modernized the User Accounts section in the Back-Office to make managing your team more intuitive. While the core roles and permissions remain the same, the new UI simplifies the process of creating, modifying, and organizing your staff members.

Individualized Notification Preferences
The biggest change in this release is the ability to manage Notification Preferences at the user level. Rather than global settings, you can now tailor alerts to fit the specific responsibilities of each team member.
Individual Control: For every user, you can now independently toggle Email, Push, or SMS alerts for specific activities like new reservations, guest reviews, or chat messages.
Easier Activation: Managing alerts is now more straightforward. To receive Push notifications, simply enable the option within the user’s profile in the Back-Office and ensure the Libro Resto app is installed on the mobile device with notifications allowed.
Restaurant-Specific Rules: For accounts with multiple locations, you can now customize a user’s notifications for each individual restaurant they are assigned to.

Live Waitlist: Optimized "Table Ready" Automation
For restaurants using Automated Table Ready notifications, we have improved the trigger precision to ensure guests are notified at the perfect moment.
Real-Time Trigger: When automation is enabled, the "Table Ready" SMS is now sent to the next party on your waitlist the moment a table is marked as Clear (either automatically via your POS or manually in the Libro Dashboard).
Better Accuracy: The system now triggers based on real table availability rather than an "Expected Leave Time." This ensures guests are only called back when a table is truly ready for them.
