Reserve with Google allows restaurants to accept reservations directly from Google Search and Google Maps, making it easier for potential guests to book a table without leaving Google. This integration helps restaurants increase their online visibility, simplify the booking process by allowing guests to make reservations without navigating away from Google. Guests can check availability, select a time slot, and complete their reservation with just a few clicks.

When you activate Libro's online reservations, the reservation button will automatically appear within 24 hours. For successful integration, please ensure the following are in place:
- The restaurant’s name and address must be identical on both Libro and Google.
- Your opening hours on your Google Business page must match your hours in Libro to ensure all availabilities are shown correctly.
Once your Libro availabilities are synched with Google, a "Reserve a Table" button will appear on your Google interface, and the Libro logo will be displayed as the booking partnership.

Additional info and features:
- When a reservation is booked through Google, a 'G' icon will be displayed next to the reservation in your Libro dashboard to indicate that it was made via Google.
- Reservations made on Google are included in the metrics of your Statistics page.
- The Reserve with Google message is pulled directly from Libro and will display the general message that is configured on your reservation widget.
- Important messages, questions and classifications are not available on Reserve with Google.
- Guests will receive confirmation emails from Libro and Google.
- Guests can modify or cancel a reservation from either Google or Libro.
Google Payments
Ticketing and No-Show Policies on Reserve with Google
Reservations that require a ticket purchase or a credit card number for a no-show policy can be processed through Reserve with Google.
Google Payments can be activated upon request, Please reach out to us at support@librorez.com for assistance. Note that once activated, it may take up to 24 hours for Google to reflect the changes.
How It Works
- When a guest books through Reserve with Google and a payment (Ticketing or No-Show Policy) applies on a time slot, they will be redirected to your restaurant’s reservation widget to complete the payment and reservation.
- A hyperlink logo will be displayed on Google next to each time slot that requires a payment or credit card number, and a sentence mentioning that a "Payment may be required" will be displayed. Note that this sentence is generated by Google and cannot be modified.
- When selecting a time, the guest will land on the Libro widget to complete the reservation. The date, time, and party size is pre-filled from Google.
- If you have an important message, questions or classifications configured, these will be shown to your clients once redirected to the Libro widget.
- For reservations that required a payment, the reservation confirmation email will come from Libro only, not from Google. Modifications or cancellations cannot be done through Google.
- Reservations that do not require a payment will be completed in Google. Guests will receive confirmation emails from Libro and Google for these reservations.
