You can ask questions to customers who make an online reservation at your restaurant. The questions can be made mandatory and require an answer to complete the reservation.
To configure your questions, follow the steps below:
- Access your Libro Back-Office
- Go to My Restaurants and click on Settings to the right of the desired restaurant
- Go to the Questions section
- Click on Add a question
- Enter your question in French and English, determine the status, if an answer is required, the behaviour, and the answer type
Answer Required
If an answer is required, customers will not be able to complete the reservation without answering your question.
Behavior
- Before the booking is completed: your question will be displayed after guests enter their personal information.
- After booking is completed: your question will be asked once the reservation is completed.
