Confirmation message
Confirmation message received by email:
As soon as the reservation is completed, online or internally, visitors receive a first message telling them that their reservation has been received and approved.

Reminder message
The day before the reservation, in the morning, the visitor receives a reminder message.
Note: this message is not sent if the reservation is made the same day or after 8 am the day before.
