- Automatic Delivery: The report is sent automatically every Monday morning around 8:00 AM Eastern Time (ET).

Summary
The overall totals for Reservations and Guests served, including the week-over-week percentage change.
Detailed Metrics
Data for key operational activities:
- Walkins: Guests served without a reservation.
- Cancellations & No-shows: Data for assessing customer reliability and table turnover.
- First Visits: New customers visiting the restaurant for the first time.
Reservation Sources
A percentage breakdown showing where your bookings originated. This includes Online Platforms (like Google, your website, Facebook, Instagram, Michelin, or Sadie) and Internal bookings made by your staff.
Daily Breakdown
A table showing the raw daily totals for all metrics (Reservations, Guests, Walkins, etc.) for granular review.
Reviews Snapshot
A section displaying the average rating from last week's reviews and the two most recent reviews, with a reminder to See all Reviews in the dashboard. This ensures you stay current with the latest customer feedback.
