Note: The Platform Fee Tax Report is only available to Canadian customers.
The Platform Fee Tax Report is available in the Back Office Reports section. It provides a detailed breakdown of taxes charged on platform fees incurred by an account or location on ticketing sales. This report is designed to help you track platform fee taxes for accounting and compliance purposes.
To access and export your platform fee tax report, you need to be logged in to Libro with your Admin username and follow the steps below:
- Access your Libro Back-Office
- Click on the tab Reports > Platform Fee Tax Report
- If needed, use the different filters to view your list for a certain period of time
- Export in either PDF, Excel or CSV


Understanding the Report Fields
Here’s a quick explanation of each column in the report:

Transaction Number: A unique ID for each transaction processed through the system.

Purchase Date: The date and time when the ticket was purchased.

Purchased Offer: The name of the offer purchased (e.g., Party, Groups).

Price: The total price paid by the guest for the offer.

Platform Fee: The portion of the total sale charged by Libro as a service fee for using the ticketing platform.

GST Tax Rate: The Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate applied to the platform fee.

GST Amount: The exact amount of GST collected on the platform fee for that transaction.
Important Download Information

If the results exceed 2,500 lines, you must download the document as a CSV file. PDF and XLS formats will be available if the result is under 2,500 lines.
