View and Calculate the No-Show Rate
This article explains how to view and calculate your no-show rate in the Libro Back Office. You can view this information per restaurant or across all your restaurants using the Reservation Summary Report. This data can help you track guest attendance, assess reservation behavior, and measure the impact of your no-shows.

View No-Shows for a Single Restaurant
You can view the number of no-shows for a single restaurant directly from your Statistics page.
Go to My Restaurants > Settings > Statistics
Use the date filter at the top (e.g., This year to date)
Look for the No-Shows value under the Reservations Summary
Note: This view only shows results for one restaurant at a time. Use the dropdown at the top of the page to switch between locations if you manage more than one.

View No-Shows Across All Restaurants
You can also view no-show data across all your restaurants using the Reports section.
Go to Reports > Reservation Summary
In the Status filter, remove all status' and add No show

Choose date range using either:
Booking received between (Date reservation was created)
Booking time between (Date of the visit)

Aggregate results by
Restaurant

Order results by
Date/Time (created)
Click Filter
Export the results to Excel if needed
Note: Excel format may not be available depending on the file size. If not, we recommend using CSV.

Calculate the No-Show Percentage
To calculate the percentage of no-shows:
Repeat the steps above, but select All statuses in the Status filter
Export the results to Excel
Use the following formula:
(No-Shows ÷ Total Reservations) × 100 = No-Show Rate (%)
