You can view and export your entire client list directly from your Back-Office.
Access the Client Report
To do so, make sure to be logged in as an admin user and follow the instructions below:
- Access your Libro Back-Office
- Click on the tab Reports, then go to the tab Guests
- If needed, use the different filters to view your client list according to certain criteria
- Export in either PDF, Excel or CSV

Use Filters to Refine your Search
The different filters allow you to narrow your search to view your client list according to specific criteria:
- Restaurant: select one or multiple restaurant of the account to view only clients from these restaurants
- Marketing opt-in:
- Yes: allows you to view only the clients that have consented to receive marketing communications
- No: allows you to view only the clients that have not consented to receive marketing communications
- Displayed fields: allows you to select which information will be displayed for each client. You can add or remove as many fields as you want depending on which information is useful to you.
Marketing Opt-In
In the generated list, the column named "Marketing?" indicates if this clients has consented or not to receive marketing communications. The field will either be marked as Yes or No.
- Yes: indicates that the guest has explicitly consented to receive marketing content.
- No: indicates that the guest has unsubscribed from receiving any kind of marketing content.
- Empty field: indicates that the guest has not provided explicit consent. This could be due to implied consent or because the reservation was taken internally, resulting in a lack of information regarding the guest's consent status.

If the results exceed 2,500 lines, you must download the document as a CSV file. PDF and XLS formats will be available if the result is under 2,500 lines
