Your Data Belongs to You
At Libro, we believe that you always own your business data. The information you generate is your asset. Our reporting tools, including this Reservations Summary, are designed to give you direct and easy access to your information whenever you need it.
Reservations Summary vs. the Statistics Page
This report provides many of the same powerful metrics you'll find on your real-time Statistics page. However, the Reservations Summary offers two key advantages:
- Multi-Location View: It is the only place where you can see and compare performance data for all of your restaurant locations in one consolidated list.
- Powerful Exporting: It allows you to export a clean summary of your performance to PDF, XLS, or CSV format, perfect for sharing with stakeholders or for deeper, custom analysis.

How to Use This Performance Report
1. Compare Performance Across Multiple Locations
The detailed table at the bottom of the report is your most powerful tool for group analysis. At a glance, you can sort and compare key metrics to see who is performing best.
- Action: Identify which restaurant has the highest no-show rate and may need to implement booking reminders.
- Action: See which location generates the most reservations from Google to understand what marketing efforts are working.
- Action: Compare the "Average wait time to be seated" across locations to spot potential operational bottlenecks or staffing issues in a specific restaurant.
2. Optimize Your Marketing Channels
Look at the "Total by Source" summary and the source columns in the table to see where your customers are coming from.
- Action: If Google is your top booking source across all locations, double down on ensuring every restaurant's Google Business Profile is fully optimized.
3. Reduce Lost Revenue from No-Shows
Track your No-Shows and Cancelled Reservations numbers. With the multi-location view, you can instantly see if high no-show rates are a group-wide problem or isolated to a specific location.
- Action: If one location has a significantly higher no-show rate, investigate their process. Are they confirming reservations? This data allows you to target your efforts effectively.

Important Note: This report shows reservations based on the actual visit date, not the date on which the reservation was created. For example, if a guest books a table on September 15th for a dinner on October 5th, that reservation will appear in a report for October, not September.
