Google Reviews
It is now possible for you to manage all your Google reviews directly from your Back Office. By connecting your Google Business account to your Libro, you can give the option to your guests of leaving a review directly on your Google page, then view and reply to those reviews from the Survey & Reviews section of your Back Office. From your review list, you can access either all your reservation reviews or all your Google reviews and quickly post your public replies.
Matched booking:
With Matched Booking, Google reviews submitted through the Libro survey will be linked to existing reservations in your system. If Libro successfully identifies a match between the review and a reservation, you will see the word "Matched" displayed next to the Google logo. You can then access the information about the reservation right from the review's detailed view. This feature simplifies your review tracking process and provides you with valuable reservation context for each review.

Email Notifications for New Reviews
You can now activate email notifications specifically for new reviews and select a notification frequency preference. You have the choice to receive notifications instantly after each new reservation, at a 10-minute interval, or as a daily summary. These notifications make it easy for you to stay on top of your reviews. From the email, you can quickly access the reviews in Libro to respond promptly, ensuring you can engage with guest feedback in a way that suits your schedule.

Relocated Payment Processor Connection
The Stripe connection button has been relocated to a new tab in the restaurant settings menu of your Back Office. From there, you can easily manage your Stripe account connection and disconnection, and access your online portal.
