- If you are using the Table Inventory option to manage your availability online, the system relies 100% on the tables in your floor plan, your possible combinations, and your meal times.
To find out if you are using the table inventory:
- Access your Libro Back Office
- In the tab My Restaurants, click on Settings
- Go to the tab Floor Plan
The toggle button at the top right indicates if the table inventory is active in your account or not.
Each table has its own settings:

Table Combinations
It is important to ensure table combinations are accurate and can accommodate the maximum number of people you accept for online reservations. For instance, if you accept online reservations for up to 12 people, you have to make sure there is at least one possible combination for 12 people.
