Table Combinations

If you are using the Table Inventory feature, the system looks at your floor plan, the minimum and maximum number of people set for each table, and the possible table combinations to determine if an online reservation request can be fulfilled. It is therefore important to let your system know which tables can be combined.

For instance, if you allow online reservations from 1 to 12 people, you need to make sure you have at least one combination possible for each party (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 people).

Add/Configure your table combinations

How to add or modify your table combinations:

1. Access your Libro Back Office

2. Once in My Restaurants, click on Settings

3. Go to Floor Plans, and select the floor plan in the list

4. Add one combination per line by adding your tables and separating them with commas. i.e 5,8,9 = Tables 5 and 8 and 9 can be combined

The table combinations take into account the minimum & maximum number of people defined in the settings of each table.

Test/View your table combinations

To quickly review your table combinations, simply go to the "Edit Floor Plan" mode and consult the left-side menu. The details of all possible table combinations will be displayed according to the number of people you allow per online reservation.

Important: In the example below, the system sees "0" next to a party of 5 and 6 people. Please note that this means it’s impossible for a party of this size to reserve a table online.
