If you need to close or open a specific time to prevent or allow online reservations, it is possible to do so quickly from your dashboard, without having to modify your reservation schedules. Here is how to manage your time slots from your dashboard.
Open or Close a Time Slot
- From your dashboard, access the list view (the first button next to the name of your restaurant on your dashboard)
- Next to the time you wish to open or close, click on the toggle button.


Time Slot Colours - Definitions
Green Time Slot
A green time slot indicates that this time still has availability and is open for online reservations.
Red Time Slot
A red time slot indicates that the time does not have any capacity left and is not available for online reservations. There are 3 possibilities of why a time slot is red:

The time slot was closed automatically since the capacity was reached

The time slot was closed manually by a staff to prevent any other online reservation, even though there is still availability on this time

The time slot is an internal time slot and is closed at all times
Yellow Time Slot
A yellow time slot occurs when the capacity of a time slot is reached (closed), and it was manually opened. If a slot is closed due to reaching capacity or because of an internal rule, you have the option to re-open it to allow additional reservations. Since the capacity was reached, the system cannot determine a capacity anymore on this time slot. Yellow indicates availability online but warns of potential overbooking.
