You can update your billing information, manage notification contacts, and view your invoices directly from your Libro Back-Office.
How to Access Billing
Log in to your Libro Back-Office with an Admin user.
In the My Restaurants tab, click on Settings next to the restaurant name.
Navigate to the Billing tab.
Updating Your Payment Card
To update your card, press on the edit icon next to your current payment method's information.
Once you have entered your card's information, press on the Update button.
Update your Billing Contact Information
In this section, you can manage how we contact you regarding your account.
Phone Number: You can update the phone number in this field to receive automated SMS alerts regarding your account status.
Billing Email: If you wish to update the primary billing email on file with Stripe or add a second recipient for your invoices, please reach out to our billing department at billing@librorez.com.
How to Pay Your Invoice
Under BILLING HISTORY, simply click on the date of your invoice. A new page will open where you can proceed to make your online payment.
Note: If your account is currently locked, you still have access to the Billing section of the Back-Office to update your credit card or proceed with a payment to unlock your account.
Grouped Accounts
If you are part of a grouped account with central billing and require all of your invoices at once, please note that consolidated billing is not available directly through the Back-Office. Please contact billing@librorez.com for assistance.
