Finding Your Billing Details
For clients on a pay-per-use plan, understanding your billing is straightforward. This plan bills you for each reservation at the moment it's created, not on the date the guest is scheduled to arrive. This guide explains how to find and understand these charges in your Back Office.
How Pay-Per-Use Billing Works
The most important thing to remember is that reservations are charged to your account on the creation date.
For example, if a guest makes a reservation on May 1st for a stay on May 20th, the charge for that reservation will appear on your May invoice, not your June one.
Locating Your Billing Information
You can find a detailed breakdown of all your billed reservations directly within the Back Office.
- Log in to your Back Office.
- Navigate to the Billing section from the main menu.
Here, you will find a summary of charges. To see a line-by-line list of the reservations included in a specific billing cycle, click the See details link.
Understanding Your Reservation Details
The details page provides a comprehensive overview of every reservation you have been billed for. The information is organized to give you a clear picture of your activity, covering both Online Reservations made by guests and Internal Reservations created by your staff.
Each reservation entry will display the following information:
| Info | Description |
|---|---|
| Booking Type | Indicates if the reservation was made online or internally by a staff member. |
| Creation Date | The date the booking was made and charged to your account. |
| Booking Date | The actual date of the guest's stay or appointment. |
| Source | The origin of the booking (e.g., your website, a third-party channel). |
| Status | The current status of the reservation (e.g., Confirmed, Canceled). |
| Guest Name | The name of the guest associated with the booking. |
By reviewing these details, you can easily track all billable activity and reconcile your invoices with the reservations made during that period.
