If you need to, you can temporarily pause your subscription at any moment.
When you pause your subscription, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your regular subscription fees will be suspended, and you will be charged $35 per month. You can resume your full subscription at any time by clicking the reactivation button.
Prior to pausing your subscription, we recommend that you read the article about best practices to follow to properly manage your future reservations before pausing.
Note: If you decide to cancel your subscription instead of pausing it, please be aware that there is a $350 reactivation fee if you choose to reactivate your subscription and that accounts can only be reactivated within 12 months following cancellation beyond which any data associated with your account will be removed in adherence to data privacy rules. How to Pause Your Subscription

Access the Back Office:
- Go to the Billing section.
- Go to Pause Subscription.

Provide the Reason for Pausing:
- Select the option to pause your subscription.

Pause Confirmation:
- Your subscription will be paused at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if your billing cycle ends on Friday, August 2, 2024, you will retain access to all features until that date.
- During the pause period, a fee of $35 per month will apply.

Note: To be eligible to pause your subscription, you must have maintained an active subscription with Libro for at least 6 months.
Resuming Your Subscription
You can resume your subscription at any time:

Access your Back Office:
- Go to the Billing section.
- Select Resume Subscription

New Billing Cycle Date:
- The date of resumption will become your new billing cycle date.
- You will be charged your regular subscription rate from that date.
