We understand that there are occasions when you might need to pause your subscription, whether due to seasonal changes, renovations, or other reasons. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any potential inconvenience, please adhere to our best practices for pausing your subscription. This will help you manage the process effectively and maintain a seamless experience.
Note: Note: If you decide to cancel your subscription instead of pausing it, please be aware that there is a $350 reactivation fee if you choose to reactivate your subscription and that accounts can only be reactivated within 12 months following cancellation beyond which any data associated with your account will be removed in adherence to data privacy rules. Manage your Online Availabilities
Please note that online bookings will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, even if you pause your subscription before this date. You have two options for managing your online reservations:
- Immediate Stop: Suspend online bookings right away.
- Scheduled Stop: Choose a specific date for online bookings to cease.
Deactivate Online Reservations Immediately
- Access your Libro Back-Office
- Once in the tab My Restaurants, click on Settings
- Go to the tab Configuration section
- Check or uncheck the box Online reservations Activated
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
Deactivate Online Reservations from a specific date
- Go to your Libro Back-Office
- Once in My Restaurants, click on the Settings
- Go to Reservation Schedules section
- Edit an existing rule by clicking on it
- At the bottom of the rule page, modify the end date. This should be the last day for which you will accept bookings.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
- Repeat for each existing rules
IMPORTANT:
- We advise against deleting existing rules. They will serve as a foundation for when you reopen and will expedite the reactivation of your account.
Export of Reports
From the end of your billing cycle until your account is reactivated, you will no longer have access to the Back-Office and its functionalities, including report viewing and exporting. We recommend that you export any reports necessary for your business administration beforehand. To do so, please follow the instructions below.
Export reports from the Back-Office
To export reports from the Back-Office, please follow the steps below:
- Access your Libro Back-Office
- Click on the tab Reports
- Select the section needed between Bookings, Guests, Reviews, Sales or Marketing Campaigns
- Apply the desired filters
- Download the report by clicking on Export PDF, Export XLS, or Export CSV
IMPORTANT:
- If the results exceed 2,500 lines, you will only be able to download the document as a CSV file. PDF and XLS formats will be available if the result is under 2,500 lines.
- You'll need to accept cookies for this page, otherwise, you'll have trouble downloading the file.
