You can display a personalized note in the automatic communications sent by Libro to your customers.
Here are the steps to follow in order to add a note to an email and SMS communication:
- Access your Libro Back-Office
- In the tab My Restaurants, click on Settings
- Go to the tab Messages
- Under the sections Messages inside email communications and/or Messages inside SMS communications, you can choose to add a message in the Confirmations and Reminders / Cancellations / Recommendations
- Click on Add a message to create a new personalized note
Note: It is possible to display the message for reservations corresponding to specific days of the week and times. You can also set a start and end date for the message.
