It is possible to scan the QR code of a ticket directly from your dashboard, by using Libro on your mobile device. When a guest presents the ticket they purchased online, you can use the scanner to mark it as redeemed and view the reservation details.
To scan a ticket, simply follow the steps below:

Click on the icon to scan a QR code (this icon can be found at the top right of the page)

Your camera will open and you will be able to scan the QR code
After scanning the QR code, the result will appear in a pop-up window:
Note: When opening the scanner, if your phone only shows a black screen, this means that you haven't allowed the app to use your camera. This authorization can be changed in the settings of your device.
