Using the Reservation List
The reservation list gives hosts and managers a clearer and intuitive view of your reservations in real time.
Key Areas of the Reservation List
Top Bar Navigation
- Date Selector: Choose the date using the arrow buttons, or click on the date to open the calendar view. The calendar now shows if a date is available or closed.
Service Selector: You can select the service.
Capacity Summary: By clicking over the capacity summary, a popover will appear to indicate the number of reservations, walk-ins, guests and seats.
+Reservation and +Walk-in buttons: By clicking these buttons, you can add new reservations or new walk-ins.
Filters button: By clicking in the filters button, a popover opens and you can select filters to be applied in the reservation list view. If there're filters selected, you can click in the Reset button to unselect all filters.
You can filter by party size by clicking in the filter and adding the minimum party size number to be filtered. This means that only reservations with party size equal or bigger than the one you selected will be shown in the reservation list.
Once the filters are selected, the button filter shows the quantity of applied filters in red.
Context menu: By clicking in the context menu, you can see the options to add a daily notice, to print the reservation list, and to view the custom tag legend. Note: The option to print the reservation list is not available on touchscreen devices.
Add daily notice: When you click in the add daily notice, you're able to add a note and choose if it'll be shown as banner or pop-up.
- Print reservation list: if you click in the print reservation list, it opens a modal where you can choose some options for the printing.
