Send a preset SMS
To access the SMS pre-configured by Libro, simply go in floor plan mode, do a right-click on the name of the reservation and choose one of the four SMS messages.
What do the messages look like?

Send SMS Booking Details:

Important: If you do not see the four messages, it is because that there is no phone number associated with the reservation.
Send a personalized SMS
1. In floor plan mode, do a right-click on the name of the reservation, then click on Open Chat Window
2. From floor plan or list mode, open the reservation window and click on the chat bubbles next to the phone number
When a client replies to your SMS
You get notified in two different places when you get a response from your guests:
1. At the top right, beside the bell icon:

2. In your reservation list, the icon of the chat bubbles will flash. Simply click on the bubbles to open the chat:

Manage all chats with your guests
When clicking on the chat icon at the top right of your dashboard, you will be able to view all unread, active and archived conversations, allowing you to have quick access to any new chat or find older conversations.
