Create a waitlist from your dashboard
This option allows you to manage your waiting list in real-time for walk-ins. The feature lets you keep track of the order of arrival and the current wait time of each reservations.
Add a new walk-in to your waitlist
- For the walk-in button to be available, make sure you are in real-time. A small green dot will indicate you when you are in the current service
- Click on the walk-in icon at the top right of you dashboard
- Enter the reservation details and client's information
- Select a 'Quoted wait time' for the next available table
- Make sure the status is at Arrived, then click Save
Legend of times
In the reservation list, you can view the legend of the wait times next to the icon of the clock by placing your mouse over it.

Send SMS to your clients when their table is ready
Once a table is available, you can send 'Table Ready Notification' via SMS to your client. For this feature to work, a cell phone number needs to be associated to the reservation.
- In Floor Plan mode, do a right-click on the reservation
- In the pop-up window, select Send SMS Table Ready Notification
