To add, remove, or update a floor plan, simply log into Libro with a manager user and follow the steps below:

From your Libro Dashboard, click on your menu (green square on the top left of your screen)

Click on Back Office

Click on Settings

Click on the Floor Plans tab
To create a new floor plan, click on Add a Floor Plan:

Fields Description
| Name | Name of the floor plan displayed on the dashboard. |
| Number | When you have multiple floor plan, this allows you to indicate in which order your plan will be displayed on your dashboard. |
| Width & Height |
The dimensions of the plan on your dashboard. We recommend starting with these dimensions and readjust if needed: Width: 315 Height: 275 |
| Table combinations |
*This field is only available when using the table inventory. This allows you to indicate which tables can be combined together to accommodate larger groups. |
Note: The toggle button at the top right allows you to deactivate this floor plan without deleting it. Which means your floor plan will still be available on your dashboard but will be unavailable for online reservations.
You can modify or delete the floor plans from the overview page. To modify a plan, click on the pencil icon. To delete it, click on the red garbage icon:
Deactivate an entire floor plan
To deactivate your floor plan:
- Go to your menu (green square at the top left of your dashboard)
- Click on Back Office
- In the tab My Restaurant, click on Settings
- Go to the tab Floor Plan
- Select the desired floor plan, then click on the green toggle button to make the floor plan inactive. The system will no longer take it into consideration and show your availabilities online.

Note: All of the changes made will be applied indefinitely, not only for this specific date or service. If you want to remove a table from online availabilities for a specific date and time, click here.
