In the event that your dining room is fully booked for a specific date or time, guests can conveniently add themselves to an online waiting list directly from your reservation widget. This feature helps ensure that interested diners still have an opportunity to secure a table should availability open up due to cancellations or changes in reservations. By offering a seamless and user-friendly waitlist experience, you can continue capturing demand even during peak service periods while keeping your guests engaged and informed.
Note: You must contact Libro support to activate the online waiting list: support@libroreserve.com
Once this option is activated in your account, your guests can simply click on the link that reads: 'Request to be notified if a spot becomes available'.
