In the event that your dining room is full on a specific date or time, guests can add themselves to an online waiting list directly from your reservation widget.

Once this option is activated in your account, your customers can simply click on the link that reads: 'Register on the waitlist for [Date]. Be notified when seats are made available!'

Message Sent When Added To The Waiting List
Once the reservation has been submitted, the following message is sent by email or SMS depending on the communication channel chosen:

A Waiting status will be assigned when a guest registers for your waiting list:
When or if you change the booking status to Approved or Confirm, the guest will automatically receive a confirmation message, advising them that they are no longer on the waitlist and that their reservation has been approved by the restaurant.
