How It Works: The Reservation Process
When a Guest calls and opts to book via the automated assistant, Recallio AI checks your current availability in the Libro Back Office. If the requested time is open, the AI creates the entry. For bookings that require a credit card guarantee, the system will send an SMS to the Guest with a link to your secure payment form to finalize the process.
How to Connect Recallio AI to Libro
The connection to Recallio AI is done through the Recallio app.
Log in to your Recallio AI account. The connection is managed directly from their platform.
Navigate to the integrations or settings section within the Recallio app. Locate Libro and follow the prompts to authorize the connection to your Dashboard.
