Providing a seamless experience for your Guest doesn't end when they finish their Reservation. Finding parking in busy areas can be a major pain point; by enabling the Click'n Park integration, you offer your Guests a stress-free way to secure a spot before they even leave their house.

How It Works: The Guest Experience
Once a Guest completes their Reservation through the Libro widget, the confirmation screen will automatically display up to three available parking options near your restaurant's address. Each option includes the price, distance from your location, and whether the spot is indoor or outdoor. Guests simply click Reserve my parking spot to finalize their plans via Click'n Park.
Proximity: The system searches for parking lots within a 1km range of your restaurant.
Availability: It only displays lots with spots available 30 minutes or less prior to the Reservation time.
Selection: We display a maximum of 3 parking lots. If more are available, the top 3 are shown.
Seamless Booking: When a Guest selects a lot, they are forwarded directly to the Click'n Park site to complete their transaction.
Activating & Managing the Integration
Activating Click'n Park is now a simple, self-service process. There is no need to contact support or set up an external account to get started.
To Enable Click'n Park:
Log in to your Back Office.
Navigate to My Restaurants > Settings > Integrations.
Find the Click'n Park section.
Click the Enable button.
To Disable Click'n Park:
You maintain full control over the visibility of this feature. If you ever need to remove these options from your widget:
Return to the Integrations section in your Back Office.
Click the Disconnect button in the Click'n Park section.
Note: If you have connected the integration but do not see parking options on your widget, it may be because there are no Click'n Park lots currently available within a 1km radius of your address for that specific time.
