The Tastet integration allows your restaurant to receive reservations directly from the Tastet website. When a customer discovers your restaurant on Tastet, they can book a table without leaving the platform — the reservation is automatically created in Libro.
Prerequisites
Your restaurant must be on a Premium or Signature subscription plan.
How it Works
When a customer makes a reservation through Tastet, the booking is created in Libro with a reference to the Tastet source. This allows you to track exactly how many reservations come from this channel.
Enabling the Integration
- In the Back-Office, navigate to My Restaurants > Settings > Integrations.
- Scroll to the Tastet section.
- Click the Enable button.
- The status will change to Connected with a green checkmark.
Your restaurant is now visible on Tastet and can receive reservations.
Disabling the Integration
- In the Back-Office, navigate to My Restaurants > Settings > Integrations.
- In the Tastet section, click the Disable button.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Once disabled, your restaurant will no longer appear on the Tastet platform and no new reservations will come through this channel. Existing reservations are not affected.
Viewing Tastet Reservations in your Statistics
Reservations coming from Tastet are tracked as a separate category in your statistics dashboard.
- Navigate to Statistics in the Back-Office.
- In the Reservations by Source chart, Tastet reservations appear as their own category, separate from your website, Google, and other sources.
This helps you understand the impact of the Tastet partnership on your reservation volume.
