Prerequisites
To activate this integration, your restaurant must meet the following criteria:
Libro Plan: You must be on the Libro Signature Plan.
Michelin Distinction: Your restaurant must be listed in the MICHELIN Guide and have received at least one Michelin star.
How to Connect: The Step-by-Step Setup
The integration process begins with an internal activation step by our team and is completed by you in the Back Office.
Step 1: Contact Libro Support for Activation
Since this feature must be manually activated internally, please contact us at support@librorez.com to initiate the connection.
Our Support Team will verify that your account is on the Signature Plan and activate the necessary feature flag for your restaurant.
We will also confirm the "Has Michelin star" setting in your restaurant profile.
Step 2: Complete the Connection in Your Back Office
Once Libro Support confirms the feature is active on your account, you can finalize the setup:
Go to your Libro Back Office.
Navigate to My Restaurants, then click on Settings.
Go to the Integrations section.
Find the MICHELIN Guide section and click Connect..
A new button, "Complete Setup", will appear. Click it to open the Mozrest pop-up window.
Follow the prompts in the Mozrest window to complete the integration and payment setup.

Once finished, your status will change to “Connected” and your availability will go live on the MICHELIN Guide platform.

The MICHELIN Guide integration is designed to respect your restaurant's specific reservation rules, including deposits, special offers, and guest demographics.
No-Show Policies
All No-show policies configured in Libro are fully supported and will automatically apply to reservations made through the MICHELIN Guide.
Ticketing & Offers
The integration supports your Libro Offers with the following requirement:
Mandatory Selection Required: Currently, all offers are handled as mandatory. This means a customer must select an offer to proceed with their reservation. Optional offers are not currently supported for this integration.
Guest Classifications
To help you better prepare for your guests, this integration supports Classifications. This feature adds a step to the online booking process, allowing guests to specify the age groups of everyone in their party.
