Method 1: Resetting Your Password from the Login Page
This is the fastest method if you cannot currently log in to your account.
Open your Chrome browser and navigate directly to the Libro login portal: https://dashboard.libroreserve.com.
Click on the link labeled "Forgot your password?" (located below the login fields).
You will receive an email from Libro with a secure link. Click the link in the email to open a page where you can set a brand new password.
Method 2: Changing Your Password from the Back-Office
Use this method when you are already logged in and simply wish to update your current password.
Log in and navigate to your main Libro Back-Office.
In the navigation menu, select the "My Profile" tab.
Scroll down to the "Change password" section. You will need to enter your current password once and your new password twice (for confirmation) in the designated fields.
Click the "Save" button to apply your new password.
Note: For security purposes, your current password is required to save a new password when using the Back-Office. If you don't remember your current password, simply click "Forgot your Password?" to receive an email link and reset it.
