In today’s digital landscape, your online reputation is built across multiple platforms. While private feedback is valuable, public reviews on sites like Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor are the digital "word-of-mouth" that drives new customers to your door.
By connecting your Libro account to our social media review partners, you centralize your reputation management. This allows guests to post directly to your social profiles after their meal, while giving you the power to monitor and respond to that feedback without ever leaving your Libro Back Office.
Key Benefits of Integrating Social Reviews
Centralized Management: View and respond to Facebook and TripAdvisor reviews alongside your private feedback in one dashboard.
Boost Search Visibility: High volumes of fresh reviews on third-party platforms improve your SEO and local search rankings.
Seamless Guest Experience: After completing your internal survey, guests are prompted to share their positive experiences on the platforms that matter most.
Social Proof: Automatically turn happy diners into brand ambassadors by making it easy for them to post publicly.
How It Works
Once connected, your survey acts as a gateway. You can configure your settings to invite guests to leave a public review on Facebook or TripAdvisor.
Through our partnership with Mozrest, Libro bridges the gap between your dining room and your social profiles. This integration ensures that reviews left on these platforms are pulled back into your Libro Back Office, allowing you to maintain a 100% response rate with minimal effort.
Note: These integrations are available for clients on a Premium subscription with the Social Media Reviews package. To activate this feature, please contact support@librorez.com.
Setting Up Your Social Media Review Partners
The connection process is now handled directly within your Survey Settings for a faster, more intuitive setup.
Step 1: Navigate to Survey Settings
Log in to your Libro Back Office and go to Surveys & Reviews, then click on Settings (as seen in the "Survey Settings" screen).
Step 2: Select Your Platform
Locate the Review Platforms section. You will see icons for Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and RestoMontréal.
Step 3: Connect Your Account
Click the Connect button next to the platform you wish to link.
For Facebook: A window will open asking you to log in to Facebook. Ensure you select the specific Business Page you want to receive reviews for.
For TripAdvisor: You will be prompted to enter your TripAdvisor Profile URL to link the accounts.
Step 4: Automatic Activation
Once the connection is successful, the toggle switch for that platform will be turned on by default. This means the platform is immediately active in your survey. If you wish to stop showing a specific platform to your guests without fully disconnecting it, you can manually flip this toggle to "off" at any time.
Managing and Responding to Reviews
Once your platforms are linked, managing your reputation becomes a daily habit rather than a chore.
Go to the Survey & Reviews section of your Back Office.
Select the Third Party Reviews tab.
Choose the specific tab for Facebook or TripAdvisor.
To Reply:
Facebook: You can reply directly within Libro. (Note: If a user has strict privacy settings, their name may appear as "Private Name").
TripAdvisor: Clicking reply will redirect you to your TripAdvisor management page to post your response.

Disconnecting a Partner
f you wish to stop allowing guests to leave reviews on a specific platform:
Return to Surveys & Reviews > Settings.
Locate the platform you wish to disable.
Switch the toggle to "Off".
Once toggled off, guests will no longer see this platform as an option in your survey.
Note: Your existing reviews will still be displayed in your Back Office for your records even if the partner is toggled off.
