How to View the Booking History?
To view the booking history:
- From the dashboard, open an existing reservation.
- Click on Change History at the bottom left of the edit window.
- The log displays the date and time of each action, the employee's name, and details of the modification. For example, it records when a reservation was confirmed, canceled, or reassigned to a different table.
