To accept payments through Libro for ticketing and no-show policies, you need to connect a payment processor. We offer integrations with Moneris and Stripe, enabling online payments and direct deposits.
Note: Moneris is a third-party integration, which is not managed by Libro. All questions or concerns regarding your Moneris account should be directed to Moneris customer service.
Connect Moneris to Libro
- Access your Libro Back-Office.
-
From My Restaurants, click on Settings.
-
In the sub-menu, go to Payment Processor.
-
Select Moneris from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your StoreID, API Token, and Profile ID.
- Click Save to complete the connection.

3D Secure Authentication
Moneris supports 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, an additional security layer for online transactions. This feature helps prevent fraud by requiring customers to verify their identity through their bank during the payment process.
Key Benefits of 3D Secure:
-
Reduces the risk of chargebacks due to fraudulent transactions.
-
Enhances payment security and protects sensitive cardholder data.
-
May be required for compliance with certain banking regulations.
3D Secure Option
The 3D Secure Option is enabled determines what happens if 3D Secure is temporarily unavailable. By default, 3D Secure option is enabled when you connect your Moneris account, but you can choose to disable it during the setup process.
-
3D Secure Option ON (Default): If 3D Secure is down, transactions that cannot be verified will still be processed. However, in the case of a fraudulent transaction, the merchant is responsible.
-
3D Secure Option OFF: If 3D Secure is down, transactions that cannot be verified will be declined. In this case, the merchant is not responsible for fraudulent transactions.
During the connection process, you can decide whether to allow payments to proceed if 3D Secure is unavailable by keeping this option ON or disabling it.
