This guide outlines how to set up and configure the Cluster POS integration with Libro. Through this integration, your courses in Cluster can be linked to Libro’s Meal Statuses, allowing for accurate meal status updates. When linked, these statuses will automatically update based on the course selected, with table colors changing in Libro to provide a clear view of each table's meal progression.
Setup Instructions
Connect Cluster to Libro
Cluster can be connected to Libro directly from our Back Office. To do so:
- Access your Libro Back-Office
- Go to My Restaurants and click on Settings
- Go to the tab Integrations
- Enter your Cluster credentials and press save

Note: If you do not see the Cluster section in the Integrations sub-menu option, it means you are either not on the Premium package or the integration has not yet been activated in your account. Please send an email to success@librorez.com to request this activation.
Cluster Services Mapping
To ensure proper functionality, our agents have to link your Cluster services with the three different meal statuses in Libro (Starter, Main Course, Desert). Below you will find instructions on how to first set up your services in Cluster.
Important: Once the courses are set up in Cluster, you will have to notify Libro if you make any modification.
Configure your Services in Cluster
In Cluster, your menu items to different courses (services). Follow the steps below to configure your courses.
- Go to Settings
- Select General → Courses
- From there, you can add or delete courses


Once the courses are configured, you have to associate each Menu with a Course. To do so:
- Go to Settings, then click on Menu. There you will fin the list of Menus (i.e. Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert), and the associated items.
- Select the first Menu (i.e. Appetizer), then under “Service #”, select which course you want the menu to be associated with (i.e. First Course).
- Reproduce the last step which each Menu.


Assign Cluster Services to Libro Meal Statuses
Note that this part of the configuration is done by our Libro agents.
Once you’ve set up your courses, our agents can link these to the corresponding Meal Statuses in Libro, helping to keep your service on track.
Libro offers three Meal Statuses:
- Starter
- Main Course
- Dessert
Each course can be linked to the appropriate Meal Status. For example, if you choose to link your "First Course" to the Starter Meal Status, the status will update in Libro to show this stage. The table color will change accordingly, providing a quick visual cue of the meal’s current progress.
Additional Cluster Configuration
Make sure to disable the option to “Print After Ordering” in Cluster. This prevents the receipt from being printed automatically after an order is entered, and ensures proper tracking of statuses in Libro. To do so:
In Cluster, go to Settings → Modes → Table
Toggle off “Print After Ordering"
